District Sales Manager
Position Overview:
Stine Seed Company is seeking self-motivated individuals to fill district manager positions within its established marketing area. Stine currently has excellent management opportunities available in several Corn Belt states.
Position Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new dealerships
- Managing established dealer accounts
- Motivating, training, evaluating local dealer force
- Coordinating shipment of seed to/from multiple locations
- Developing and enhancing key industry relationships at the local level
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture and/or Business
- Three or more years of sales experience a must
- Previous Agronomy, crop production or seed industry experience preferred
