Biography
As the Director of Sales, Bounds knows the yielding power of Stine Seed products and the importance of building strong relationships with consumers. He assists 10 regional managers in the management and development of district salesmen in each region. He enjoys the opportunity to assist and challenge each of Stine Seed’s salesmen to become their best.
Bounds has developed a wealth of knowledge with previous experience working as an independent retailer, sales manager, Stine Seed District Manager, and Stine Seed Regional Manager.
Raised on his family farm near Fairbury, Illinois, Bounds respects the value of hard work and dedication. In 2001 and 2002 he was awarded Stine Seed Increase Awards as well as awards for the most dealers signed in region four in the same years.
Bounds earned his B.S. degree from Illinois State University.
