I’ve been with Stine Seed Company for more than 17 years, and I’ve seen major changes and developments in the industry. For example, we are making great strides to develop and strengthen the seller-grower relationship.

As a Regional Sales Agronomist, I work with the district managers to help growers determine the best plan-of-action for their operations. Stine’s flexibility allows us to cater to customer’s needs, and work with growers on an individual basis to provide them with customized production plans.

As an independently-owned company, Stine is in a unique position to shift our business model in order to best serve our growers and adjust to industry trends. We continue to get better over the years and provide growers with high-yielding products. Our ability to listen closely and adapt to our growers’ needs has helped us develop strong relationships with our customers — and create higher yielding corn and soybean seeds to meet their production needs.
