Stine Seed Company is seeking self-motivated individuals to fill district manager positions within its established marketing area. Stine currently has excellent management opportunities available in several Corn Belt states.

SECTION 1: Job responsibilities

• Recruiting new dealerships
• Managing established dealer accounts
• Motivating, training, evaluating local dealer force
• Coordinating shipment of seed to/from multiple locations
• Developing and enhancing key industry relationships at the local level

SECTION 2: Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture and/or Business
• Three or more years of sales experience a must
• Previous Agronomy, crop production or seed industry experience preferred
