Herculex® I

Herculex® I Insect Protection utilizes the cry1F gene, which expresses an insecticidal protein (called Cry1F) derived from a naturally occurring soil micro-organism, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) var. aizawai.

The bottom line? Herculex® I offers a high level of protection from several economically important insect pests including European corn borer, southwestern corn borer, fall armyworm, black cutworm and western bean cutworm.
