Dustin Ellis

Dustin Ellis joined Stine Seed Company in 2010 and has been proud to help grow the Stine brand ever since. With a strong background in agronomy and ag retail, he brings more than two decades of experience to his role and a focus on supporting retailers and growers across the western division.

A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri, Dustin holds a degree in agricultural business with a minor in agronomy. He began his career in 1998 at Pella Co-op in Pella, Iowa, before moving into sales agronomy and later working as a seed associate for a local Pioneer dealer.

In his role as western director of retail development, Dustin provides retailers with the tools and support they need to help farmers succeed. He collaborates with the Stine team, from the offices in Dallas Center and Adel to agronomists in the field, to ensure every grower receives exceptional service and solutions that drive results.

A Knoxville, Iowa, native, Dustin enjoys pheasant hunting with his bird dog, Oz; fishing on his family’s farm ponds; and spending time outdoors with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Jury and Emma.
