Erik Salm

Erik Salm joined Stine as an independent sales representative (ISR) in 2016 before transitioning to a regional sales agronomist (RSA) in 2023. In September 2025, he stepped into his new role as a field agronomist, providing agronomic guidance, troubleshooting, research, plot analysis and sales support across Wisconsin.

A fourth-generation farmer from Larsen, Wisconsin, Erik graduated from Fox Valley Technical College with a degree in agribusiness and agronomy. His background in agriculture, combined with nearly a decade at Stine, gives him a strong foundation to support growers and sales team members throughout the state.

Outside of work, Erik enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their three children, Oliver, Aubrey and Jacob.
