While we achieved many important milestones this year, a few stood out and highlight why Stine remains one of the leading independent seed companies in the country. Here are our top five stories from 2025 (in no particular order):
Introducing Stine’s new soybean blends: Take on field challenges with confidence
In January, we introduced a new line of soybean blends, which offer growers an innovative solution to help overcome agronomic challenges and achieve consistent, top-end yields. Corn production growth paves way for more high-performing Stine hybrids
Stine Founder Harry Stine has always stressed that corn breeding is a numbers game and you have to have volume to find the things that work. That mindset continues to guide our corn breeding program. In 2025, we increased the size of the program by 20%, and we’re on pace to expand it by another 20% in 2026. From dream to reality: Just a Jackson Thing’s first corn harvest with Stine
Industry influencer Jackson Laux, known as “Just a Jackson Thing” on social media, trusted his very first corn crop to Stine seed in 2025. Company President Myron Stine visited Jackson’s South Whitley, Indiana, farm this fall to celebrate this important milestone as he harvested his first field. Jackson wanted a corn product that would perform well in his growing environment and reflect the work ethic and commitment to excellence that have shaped his family’s farming legacy. Introducing Stine Premier Pay: An early-season discount designed for savings
As a farmer-led company, we understand the importance of a grower’s bottom line and developing programs that deliver savings. That’s why, in 2025, we introduced Stine Premier Pay — an early-season discount program that allowed Stine customers to keep more of their hard-earned money working for them. The program offered growers the opportunity to lock in greater savings the earlier they purchased seed in preparation for the 2026 planting season. Learn more about Stine Premier Pay.
Investing in growth: Meet our retail development leadership team
In May, we introduced our newly structured retail development division as part of a strategic effort to support our expanding retail footprint nationwide. The retail development team reinforces our continued investment in the future of our retail network, with the goal of equipping our retailers with the knowledge and confidence to grow with Stine. Early success led to an expansion of the department this summer, adding resources to further drive retail growth. Learn more about this dedicated team.
