Breeding innovation: Introducing the 2027 Stine® Product Guide

July 2026

At Stine® Seed Company, our core purpose is to help growers make money by maximizing yield with the industry’s best corn and soybean genetics. That commitment starts in the bag. We’re pleased to introduce our 2027 Stine Corn and Soybean Product Guide, featuring the high-yielding corn and soybean innovations the entire industry will be talking about.

Breeding innovation: Introducing the 2027 Stine® Product Guide

“As farmers, every decision comes with its own set of challenges,” says Myron Stine, company president. “You already face enough unknowns when it comes to yield, profitability and risk — your seed selection shouldn’t be one of them. With Stine, you get a trusted partner focused on protecting your operation and maximizing your ROI.”

Through a combination of breeding innovation, family values and farmer results, Stine provides our grower customers with products backed by consistency, confidence and strong decision-making, even in the most challenging seasons. Our 2027 product lineup is the exclamation point to that purpose.

Yield starts with conventional genetics

High-yielding corn and soybean seed begins with conventional genetics. And at Stine, we prioritize yield first and traits second.

“As my dad [company founder Harry Stine] says, breeding is a numbers game — the more material we look at, the better our chances of finding the very best. We won’t release any genetic material if it doesn’t have proven yield performance in our program, which is why our conventional corn and soybean lineup is the strongest in the industry. We breed for yield first, starting with our conventional genetics.”

Myron Stine, Stine Seed Company president

For corn, Stine has 17 conventional hybrids in 2027, ranging from an 84–86-day to a 114–116-day product, many of which fall under our MX Series Corn by Stine portfolio. This means they’re already at the top when it comes to performance. On the soybean side, we’re pleased to provide growers with 18 Stine Elite conventional varieties, with relative maturities (RM) ranging from 12 to 49.

Traited corn for whatever the season delivers

With herbicide-resistant weeds and diseases such as tar spot and stalk rots threatening corn performance each year, growers need a lineup they can trust to withstand their toughest environments. Stine’s 2027 corn offerings include a mix of traited material to help your acres stand strong. Our 2027 portfolio includes traits such as Agrisure® 3010, Agrisure Viptera® 3110, Agrisure Viptera 3110A, Agrisure Above, Duracade® Refuge Renew, SmartStax® PRO with RNAi Technology, Stine GT, Stine GT+, Trecepta® Technology, Viptera Refuge Renew, VT Double PRO® and VT Double PRO Droughtgard Technology.

The 2027 traited corn lineup (excluding MX Series Corn) ranges from an early 83–85-day maturity product all the way up to a late 118–120-day option.

Stine is also excited to deliver our largest selection of MX Series Corn to date. MX Series Corn by Stine features our most elite, high-yielding genetics. This year’s offerings range from an 84–86-day to a 113–115-day maturity and come in both traited and conventional packages, with 17 new options for 2027.

Many of the high performers from years past are also making a comeback for the next planting season.

“Some of our trusted genetic combinations are back again in 2027,” says Stine. “We’re really excited about past performers like MX261-0, MX481-G and MX551-G on the MX Series Corn side and ready to set growers up with these options. In our regular traited lineup, we’re seeing outstanding performance from 9721-30 and 9754-20. There’s no shortage of high-yielding options for any growing environment when it comes to corn, old and new.”

Industry-leading soybean lineup

In addition to our high-yielding Elite conventional soybean portfolio, Stine is once again ready to offer the industry’s most expansive lineup of Enlist E3® soybeans. These top-performing lines are built on the genetics growers expect from Stine, paired with maximum herbicide flexibility through three modes of herbicide action — 2,4-D choline, glyphosate and glufosinate — giving growers more tools to tackle herbicide-resistant weeds from multiple angles.

“We have 97 Enlist E3 soybean options for Stine growers in 2027, ranging from 009 to 77 RM,” says Stine. “A few I’m especially excited about, based on their performance in our Elite Yield Trials, are 36EK32, 18EK32, 28EK20, 42EJ20 and 04EJ02. These products rise to the top in their maturities and have delivered consistent performance.”

We’re also offering another solid lineup of Stine XtendFlex® soybeans for 2027, including 10 proven performers. These options range from 05–06 to 49–50 RM.
